Loving what is quotes
A turn around is a way to explore what actually might be true for you. It encourages you to see the situation as a mirror to yourself.
Example of a thought story He hurt me. Turn it around to the SELF. I hurt me. I hurt him. Katie has presented around the world in such environments such as churches, universities, and prisons. She challenges her followers to question what they believe, what they are told from others and what they tell themselves. Begin with catching moments when you can love what is and expand it.
Also notice when you find it challenging to love what is. With practice you will at least move to accepting what is. It has to be you. The problem begins and ends there. An uncomfortable feeling is not an enemy. So now what we can do is reach out for a paper and a pencil, write thought down, and investigate. You realize that there was never anything to forgive. When you believe that your problem is caused by someone else, you are your own victim, and the situation appears to be hopeless.
Everyone is a mirror image of yourself — your own thinking coming back at you. The work is mental yoga. Test this. When people question the apparent past, they lose their future. I came to see that there was nothing to forgive, that I was the one who caused my own problems. Without an uninvestigated story, there's only the perfection of life appearing as itself. You can always go inside and find the beauty that's revealed after the pain and fear are understood. My experience is that the teachers we need most are the people we're living with right now. Spare yourself from seeking love, approval, or appreciation-from anyone. And watch what happens in reality, just for fun.
We suffer only until we realize that we can't know anything. A thought is harmless unless we believe it. It's not our thoughts, but our attachment to our thoughts, that causes suffering.
