Why do i have nvidia chipset drivers

I have been searching for solutions and so far nothing has solved the problem. I am using the current release of windows I do not have another PC to test the card with so that trick is not available. I do have the correct drivers. I used Nvidia experience download them. I tried both PCIe slots. The power supply is correct. Messed with RAM timing, but it is not on the default settings. Newegg tech support was not helpful. Gigabit is hard to reach.
