Which homestead is the best in skyrim

I think I'll be going for Lakeview mannor, but since I have like septims, I might just try both. Building homesteads can be quite expensive, though. Flour is essential for many different recipes in Skyrim, and players will be able to gain a lot of it simply by using their own grain mill.

This feature is completely unique to Heljarchen Hall, and as such, players will enjoy using this quite a bit if they are trained in the culinary arts. If you choose to live here, consider building a Kitchen to pair with your Mill.

Lakeview Manor has stunning forests surrounding the homestead that players can obtain with this plot of land. Fans will be able to see beautiful sites such as the massive lake and even Bleak Falls Barrow dungeon from the comfort of their own house.

Lakeview Manor is located within the Falkreath hold, and as such, this house is surrounded by a large forest and other foliage. Players can hunt in this area because it is abundant within the dense, mysterious forestry of Falkreath hold. Very few fans prefer any of Skyrim's other terrain to the beautiful atmosphere that they will get by adventuring within Falkreath, which is why it is the best place to lay down some roots and build a house.

Building is also made easy by this abundant forest life. There are 2 clay, 2 iron ore, 2 corundum ore, and 2 silver ore veins within second walking distance of the main house. Are you looking for animal skins to build up your trophy room? Simply hunt in the nearby wilderness for bears, wolves, and more.

Need more Sawn Logs? Lumber Mills are nearby - unsurprisingly, considering how strong and tall the trees grow here. An apiary is a bee farm, and fans will be able to get an unlimited amount of honey by building one of these at Lakeview Manor and stopping by to check the apiary every few in-game days.
