Bray Park is one of those areas where one street can be lovely and the next can be horrible and don't let the newness of the houses fool you either.

Bray Park is a reasonably affluent suburb nearby to the CBD and only an hour or so drive to the sunny coast. Great parks to kick the footy around or have a BBQ. Can still buy a home at a reasonable price in Bray Park. Lots of good schools too, private and public.

Only a half hour train ride to the Brisbane CBD, half an hour to the beaches at Redcliffe and Shorncliffe, and a short drive from state forest and rural Dayboro and Samford. A day up at Mt Mee state forest is 40 minutes away. It is a great place to raise kids! We lived in Bray Park off Sovereign Ave for 15 years and loved it.

We had 2 train stations within walking distance to us, shopping centres and the local club all within walking distance as well. No need to worry about driving if we wanted a night out. There are also day care centres, primary and secondary schools all within walking distance if they are what you require.
