To avoid climbing up random and un-useful objects, don't hold the action button down while you run since climbing a random wall will waste time and will make full sync more difficult. Good idea, but how long would you think getting some aconite would take using this strategy. In my experience, Aconite hasn't been a problem at all. I usually leave the Tiber Island hideout from the top exit, and i usually spot a borgia messenger, so i descend to the streets and kill him.

Hasn't someone already suggested a strategy similar to this? I'm not sure it was for farming aconite but it definitely involved facing away and waiting for a Borgia Messenger to respawn to farm some other item. Yes, LisaMurphy mentioned it on another topic.
